Mehvish Shah, DO

Medical Director

A native Texan that grew up in Dallas and went to Austin College in Sherman, TX for her undergrad degree. After college and medical school, Dr. Shah completed her residency at Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, OK. She has lived in Tulsa for the last 10 years and has a variety of experiences including outpatient and higher acuity medicine. She has worked as a hospitalist for the last several years including as a dedicated Covid floor physician, an emergency room attending physician, an urgent care physician with the Cherokee Nation tribal health system, and an adjunct faculty instructor for the Oklahoma State Center for Health Sciences medical school. Formerly Dr. Shah has been in leadership capacities as an associate medical director of her prior hospitalist group and medical director of a well-known wellness clinic in Tulsa, OK.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside when she can, and recently has moved back to Texas. She is excited to be part of the team at Synergy Primary Care where she hopes to provide the best medical care possible for the patients throughout North Texas.

Jessica Gamble, PA

Born and raised in Texas, Jessica completed her undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University. She continued her training at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Midland, Texas where she received a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Before relocating to the Texoma area, Jessica practiced rural family medicine in Monahans, TX for 7 years. She also has experience in neurology and general surgery.

She enjoys a holistic approach to medicine, focusing on a patient’s health and wellness.
